HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Works submission is open to any photographer, whatever their age, nationality or status (professional or amateur). Collective projects are welcome.
No predefined theme.
No registration fee.
One portfolio per artist or collective of artists.
Artists’ portfolios will be selected by a jury of professionals, which is different every year. The selection will be based on the quality and consistency of the submitted image series.
Selected photographers will be exhibited in Toulouse during ManifestO festival and their works published in the 2021 exhibition catalogue.
Each selected artist or collective will be granted a €1,000 exhibition budget.
