Thanks to a strongly committed and enthusiastic team of volunteers, the festival is smoothly run in a festive and friendly atmosphere, as everyone is actively involved in missions matching their interests :

> COMMUNICATION
We are looking for volunteers to hand out flyers, programs and posters in various places in town.

> LOGISTICS
We are looking for volunteers to help the festival team set up the containers, welcome artists and assist them hanging their exhibitions.

> MEDIATION
We are looking for motivated volunteers to welcome the public on the exhibition site, watch over the exhibitions and answer questions about the contents of the exhibitions. A meeting will be held before the festival to present the artists and their works.

ManifestO trainee ?

ManifestO The festival is organized by volunteer’s group members of the ON / OFF-non-profit organisation. We do not have any office but we have weekly meetings at one of the members’ house. Consequently, teamwork is mainly done over the telephone and on the Internet.
There are three essential moments in the year :

We can separate in 3 time over the whole year

> April toJuly /communication about the yearly edition
skills : good writing and oral skills, both in French and English, proficiency in graphic design and dedicated tools (Indesign, Photoshop), HTML, social networks

> septembre to october / festival time
skills : Exhibition Management (unpacking, hanging of works and installations) in collaboration with the artists and the festival team, mediation (public and school), communication (the press, the Internet, social networks)

> november à febuary / appraisal of last edition, builting of the main lines of the next edition, call for entry
skills : good writing and oral skills, both in French and English, proficiency in graphic design and dedicated tools (Indesign, Photoshop), HTML, social networks.
